Per quanto riguarda il settore industriale statale, il Ministero ha annunciato la riapertura di 18 società e linee di produzione, compresi gli stabilimenti della State Fertilizer Company.
Si aggiunge che 2000 trattori sono stati assemblati presso la Aleppo Tractor Company, e la fabbrica di zucchero di Homs e la catena di montaggio della la Syronics Company ha iniziato la produzione.
