Confermata la condanna a 16 anni per Ottavio Spada detto ‘Marco’ e quella a 10 anni inflitta in primo grado a Ruben Alvez del Puerto. Otto anni per Ramy Serour mentre Vittorio Spada è stato condannato a 7 anni. I giudici hanno condannato inoltre a 6 anni Silvano Spada.
