Il maltempo che sta imperversando al Nord si estende oggi al Centro e a parte del Sud. E’ allerta arancione in Lombardia e Friuli Venezia Giulia; gialla in altre 11 regioni: Veneto, Liguria, Piemonte, Emilia-Romagna, Toscana, Marche, Umbria, Lazio, Abruzzo, Campania e Molise. Ieri frane e allagamenti nella Bergamasca.
Il maltempo su gran parte dell’Italia ha frenato ieri la voglia di vacanza. Soprattutto al Nord. A Venezia l’acqua ha allagato piazza San Marco intorno ai 90 centimetri di marea. Il Veronese è stato colpito da un violento nubifragio, con una grandinata durata trenta minuti che ha provocato ingenti danni ai raccolti. A Verona decine di interventi dei vigili del fuoco per cantine, garage e sottopassi allagati. In Lombardia le intense piogge su Milano e sulla Brianza hanno portato ad un brusco innalzamento dei livelli del Seveso.
Anche in Piemonte domenica di pioggia, con torrenti ingrossati e raffiche di vento. Un violento acquazzone, con grandine mista a pioggia e forti raffiche di vento, si è abbattendo su Torino. In Liguria allerta arancione per rischio idrogeologico nelle zone centrali della regione. In mattinata l’intenso fronte temporalesco ha interessato soprattutto il mare davanti la riviera di ponente, accompagnata da una tempesta di fulmini.
