Questo avrebbe messo in condizione le aziende di ricevere il denaro in tempo utile e avrebbe evitato di continuare a sperperare fondi pubblici inutilmente. Prendo atto che l’esecutivo non ha interesse a sostenere l’economia pulita, a evitare spreco di denaro pubblico e a contrastare le estorsioni mafiose in modo efficace».
