Il governo applica la Golden power per impedire che un’azienda cinese acquisti l’italiana Lpe, produttrice di chip, ma forse l’idea non è nostra ma viene da oltre oceano.
“La golden power è uno strumento del governo per evitare la cessione di asset strategici a potenze straniere, va usato”, lo ha detto Mario Draghi la scorsa settimana in una conferenza stampa rivendicando l’azione dell’esecutivo per bloccare l’acquisizione della Lpe, azienda che produce semiconduttori a Baranzate, nel Milanese, scrive Alessandra Benignetti su Sputnik.
Ma ci dovremmo domandare se gli interessi da tutelare sono i nostri o quelli degli Stati Uniti. La domanda non è retorica ma di stretta attualità. Infatti il nostro governo di intesa con il Mise, il ministero della Difesa e degli Esteri, ha usato la golden power per impedire che il gruppo cinese Shenzen Invenland Holdings acquistasse la Lpe produttrice di semiconduttori.

I semiconduttori hanno un’importanza fondamentale in questo momento storico perché usati per produrre smart Phone, tablet, elettrodomestici ed auto al punto che il nuovo Presidente degli Stati Uniti ha firmato un ordine esecutivo per incentivare la fabbricazione in patria stanziando un fondo da 40 miliardi di dollari. Tale produzione chiaramente vuole rendere indipendente gli Stati Uniti dagli altri produttori esteri. La mossa del nostro governo ha un sapore più di servilismo verso gli amici di oltre oceano che una vera e propria tutela del nostro made in Italy.
Impedire questa acquisizione ha lo scopo principale di allinearsi ai desideri di Joe Biden che vuole in tutti i modi cercare di mettere in difficoltà la Cina e solo in parte mantenere la presenza del nostro paese in questo strategico mercato. Le parole di Giulio Centemero, capogruppo della Lega in commissione Finanze della Camera riferite da Formiche non lasciano dubbi in proposito. Centemero dichiara che “Vengono applicati i poteri speciali per proteggere i dati e per ribadire il posizionamento atlantista e filo-occidentale dell’Italia”.
Saremo mai una nazione che pensa con la propria testa e non si affida per le proprie decisioni alle veline che giungono dall’ambasciata statunitense?
