Gli aerei da ricognizione della NATO hanno intensificato i voli nello spazio aereo sul Mar Nero di quasi tre volte quest’anno ha dichiarato giovedì il comandante della 4 divisione aeronautica e dell’esercito di difesa aerea del distretto militare meridionale russo Nikolai Gostev. “Ultimamente i paesi della NATO hanno mostrato un particolare interesse per i confini meridionali russi” ha affermato il comandante in un’intervista al quotidiano Southern Russia Military Bulletin. “Rispetto allo scorso anno, l’intensità dei voli degli aerei da ricognizione della NATO sul Mar Nero è quasi triplicata. Per fare un confronto, gli aerei dei nostri “partner” occidentali hanno effettuato 270 voli di ricognizione nel 2019, circa 530 nel 2020 e oltre 560 dall’inizio di quest’anno nell’area di responsabilità meridionale” ha adichiarato il comandante. Aerei da guerra francesi e anche aerei tattici delle forze alleate della NATO si sono uniti ai voli di aerei spia e droni statunitensi. “Nessun volo che effettuano rimane inosservato e le capacità di difesa aerea dell’esercito seguono questi voli 24 ore su 24, in caso di necessità siamo pronti a reagire tempestivamente ad essi, nel rispetto rigoroso delle normative di diritto internazionale” ha concluso il comandante.
