Roma, 12 gen. (askanews) – Attacco con diversi razzi contro una la base aerea in Iraq, a Balad, a nord di Baghdad, dove si trovano anche militari americani. Lo riporta France Presse citando fonti militari irachene, secondo cui quattro soldati iracheni sono rimasti feriti. Altri resoconti parlano di almeno 8 razzi Katyusha contro la base.
L’episodio giunge dopo gli attacchi missilistici dei giorni scorsi da parte di Teheran contro basi irachene che ospitano militari Usa, in risposta al raid statunitense che aveva portato all’uccisione del comandate militare iraniano Qasem Soleimani.
